This eye-hand trick is something my daddy taught me a long time ago. He was a math teacher and would amaze me by the straight lines he would draw on the chalkboard without the use of a straight edge. When I asked him how he could do that, he told me he didn’t look at the line he was drawing, but at the point where he wanted to end the line. His hand followed his eye and made a straight line. Hope you enjoy this art tip by artist Dianne Mize, showing us how the process works.
